Have you guys heard about the SUPERGIRL stolen artwork situation?
Because this is wild.
DC is selling official SUPERGIRL movie merch for $119.95, with artwork by Bilquis Evely, the artist from SUPERGIRL: WOMAN OF TOMORROW.
And one of the aliens in the piece looks almost exactly like Lexo Sooger from STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI.
Not “same general alien vibe.”
Same hunch. Same long neck. Same head shape. Same silhouette. Same jewelry placement.
Come on.
Maybe there is some explanation here. Maybe it was licensed. Maybe it is the strangest coincidence in recent comic art history.
But looking at the images side by side, it sure looks like that STAR WARS alien was traced or lifted into official SUPERGIRL merchandise.
That is a huge problem.
This is not fan art posted on Instagram.
This is official DC product tied to a major movie.
If there is an explanation, DC should give it.
If there is not, pull the print.

o miguel o'hara não existe, o miguel de aranhaverso É miguel o'hara, só que é outra versão distinta dele, assim como 90% dos personagens de aranhaverso (incluindo o próprio miles, diga-se de passagem)
ASTV Miguel is still a character I have so much conflicting thoughts abt, because I think he's a well written antagonist, with engaging motives and is a great foil to Miles but...he's just not Miguel O'Hara.

não é um crime querer uma adaptação boa de um personagem, mas eu pessoalmente vou sempre priorizar uma obra boa. se eu quiser rever a obra original, eu simplesmente releio a obra original.
