i think my best advice would be to seek God
trust his plan, i was saved by him, i was in a dark spot where i felt that my life was going into a dark negative spiral, i was digging my own hole of negative thoughts, and nothing motivated me, until i started to trust and love Godπͺ½
i would also recommend to spend more time using your time and energy for others, go to help the animals in nature, help people in need, and even if you are in a bad state, try to fight and wake up every day to make another person smile, stop focusing in yourself momentarily, try to spread love even if you do not love yourself right now
we all go thru amazing moments in life and also extremely dark times
this is part of life and this is the contrast that makes it worth it and gives meaning to life, to celebrate after a rough and difficult journey, to overcome your own self and control your body mind and soul, and once you reach your 'goals', you will look back and smile at it all, you will appreciate the good and you will be way more grateful, than if everything was giving to you for free and effortless
also i recommend you to do seed retention, a bit of cardio or sport of possible, and to stay away from screen and social media as much as possible, to connect with nature and to seek a higher purpose way beyong the material and mundane pleasures, i advice you to not pursue the superfial "goals" that the society imposes and brainwahsed you, but rather find your own truth, and life life your own way.
i also recommend you to write down a diary where you will name 3 things that you are greatful for every day, even in the darkest days you can be geateful to
(ill put my own example of 12/12/23):
>>> i am grateful God for this cup of coffee, for being able to see and be relatively healthy, and to have a mother that is alive and healthy, i am grateful for this sunset and to see a dog play with a tennis ball at the park, i am grateful to be able to write down this <<<
also i recommend you to read a lot about things that can bring you knowledge and wisdom, whee you can develop a high value skill or even have some leverage over other people, perhaps that makes you feel fullfilled and realized
lastly i advice you to eat as healthy as possible, and even try to do some Intermitent Fasting if you can try, try to eat as clean as possible and avoid any drugs/sugar or alcohol
