Last week, many Louisiana officials were upset a detention center violated a state law to ID a juvenile escapee.
How about a detention center that operated without a license, maced and held kids in solitary, and apparently avoided paying 200k in fines, all against state law?

This aligns with the Youth Master Plan, offering Orleans Parish youth ages 16-24 FREE rides on RTA buses, streetcars, & ferries.

It's difficult to hold the system accountable if you don't know the system. Our state constitution states the public education system must provide learning environments that are humane and just so EVERY individual is afforded an EQUAL opportunity to develop their full potential.
