They've now been sacked.
Are proper background checks and vetting procedures actually being carried out before they're handed positions of authority?

🚨 Luka Vušković has reached a 𝗙𝗨𝗟𝗟 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗕𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 with Brighton after positive talks with Fabian Hürzeler and the club's hierarchy.
Several clubs have already been turned down by the highly-rated defender, with Brighton now pushing hard to secure a deal.
Brighton have submitted a €35M offer to Tottenham, although the transfer remains complicated and other clubs are expected to enter the race.
