Having a quick vacation between cruise jobs, Great start to whirlwind Uganda trip with @fgamble718 Day 1 in Mburo NP 105 bird species including most wanted White-backed Night Heron and African Finfoot, plus heaps of other wildlife. And only saw 1 other tourist all day! Sublime

Enjoyable few days at #Knepp rewilding last week with great abundance of scarcities. The Nightingale actually got much closer, but of course my battery ran out when he did..

Nice day yesterday with @thecarpetpigeon walking around the New Forest with lots of activity. We had particularly great views of a flock of Brambling, Redpoll (ringed but couldn’t make out code), Green-veined White Butterfly and a nice Firecrest. #newforestwildlife #acresdown

After sorting through some pics from my Spain trip I’ll share a few. We started in Andujar where we were spoilt with raptors and other various species including a Lynx that was too distant to photograph well.
