This group was created by parents who have survived false accusations of FII/MSBP and is dedicated to supporting parents who are still suffering this same fate. We take the safeguarding of our families very seriously and we will block anyone bringing the group into disrepute.

If a child has a diagnosis or accepted need the school has been made aware of & the school fails to meet this need, leading to the child being placed at a disadvantage to its peers, this is disability discrimination. The child doesn’t have to have an #EHCP for DD to happen

@asda why is it half of my shopping including essentials for my children has been "lost". But I am expected to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund??? Left with no continence products for my child and the baby's milk also missing???????

Update: I've heard that Zoe was contacted by @HMCTSgovuk today to confirm that her application for exemption has been refused, but that she can defer (once only) provided she can give a two week period within the next 52 weeks.
