From @TheAthleticFC: FIFA is proposing that the opening match of their inaugural under-15s football festival should be Israel against Palestine. The new tournament is set to take place in the U.S. in September. nyti.ms/4vPRw0P

Have sinn fein proposed this in stormont or is this just tele talk ?
Today on #RTETWIP, @mattcarthy discussed #Immigration the #EU Migration Pact: "If anybody's serious about managing migration we would agree to do so on an all-Ireland basis". #RTETWIP repeats at 23:35 tonight on @RTEOne.

"A knife attack on Monday" talk about a disingenuous way of reporting the weeks news the journal is pathetic
Thousands of people have attended an anti-racism rally in Belfast following racially motivated attacks on homes and businesses in the city during riots sparked by a knife attack last Monday. jrnl.ie/7070134

I have no issue with elon musk commenting on irish affairs, its actually incredible that the only trillionaire in the world with no stake in the game is closer to the views of the irish public about unsustainable numbers of illegal immigration than our own political leaders

Passing the occupied territories bill is an act of self sabotage by ireland, the government has been captured by the woke left, who crazily believe this will some how help gaza, the only thing that can give gaza a future now is if hamas offers to disband&disram fully immediately
This week's column looks at the Occupied Territories bill. Civil servants assessed the costs, benefits and risks of enacting it in a detailed report (quietly) published in recent weeks. The report concludes that Ireland's fate depends on how US authorities choose to apply their long-existing laws prohibiting US citizens and companies from complying with other countries' laws boycotting Israel. What could possibly go wrong?

I have one key question,if we find out in 5 years time that it has not substantially decreased numbers of asylum seekers below the unsustainable levels of 10,000 plus every year that we have at the moment. Do we retain the ability then to pull out of the EU asylum pact ?
The inaccurate disingenuous debate being promoted by some politicians regarding the Migration and Asylum Pact is extraordinary. Clearly it’s intentional. Describing it as a treaty, or an attack on our sovereignty is clearly wrong but they continue to use this emotive language

Correct
"Sinn Fein, SDLP and Alliance want to bury the subject and use inflammatory language to label anyone who raises concerns. Those concerns have been voiced across the Ardoyne, Belfast, Dublin, and Cork.” newsletter.co.uk/news/if-you…

We get the views on state funding terrestrial TV ireland from the world famous football analyst "Tim Glancy" who as well as a football expert hes seemingly an expert on global affairs too, this country is great
"They've taken the easy way out." Tim Clancy on the decision to move Ireland's match against Israel away from Dublin. Clancy said he believes the fixture should not go ahead and argued the FAI should have taken a stronger stance on the issue. #vmsport

100% they are against racism but I assume they are also against unsustainable levels of illegal immigration that sinn fein refuses to do anything about
Great Crowd at solidarity public event at International Wall in support of our ethnic families and communities. Ard Mheara Rois Máire Donnelly challenges racism and makes clear that people of Belfast are against racism

Will it benefit the irish people though?
The Minister for Migration has hailed the Government’s new rules for asylum seekers as a “fundamental gamechanger” that will benefit applicants by cutting waiting times. newstalk.com/news/migration-…

All those easten Europeans are EU citizens who had every entitlement to come here to work and they did and continue to make a huge contribution to this country, my issue is with illegal migrants from outside EU claiming asylum here and costing the taxpayer billions a year
Replying to @fintancox
I don't remember Cox been so vocal on immigration when it was white, Eastern European, military aged men, coming into the country committing horrendous crimes. I guess its the skin pigment of the "individual" that gets Fintan Cox going.

They do because you see then where was their last point of departure and they dont have a chance to destroy their passports, u can refuse all people entry who or either from a designated safe country or passed through it and didn't claim asylum there
Replying to @fintancox
Border controls at Airports and Ferries do not stop asylum seekers entering Ireland Neither do the random checks on cross border public transport.. From today, every asylum seeker is required to undergo full border clearance

All of the 4 parties SF,DUP,FF and FG have failed miserably to massively slow down illegal immigration onto the island of ireland, if they had any sense they'd realise that if they worked together to beef up border control personnel there would be huge voter rewardsv
As if the northern executive is any more trustworthy. And plenty of criminals have come into the Republic from the north too.

Absolutely gas lighting of voters by the woke left, no one has any issue with legal migrants who come here on work permits to staff our hospitals and pay their own way, its the 10s of 1,000s of illegal migrants that come here& claim asylum that SF,DUP,FF and FG do nothing about
I've just left the Mater Hospital after meeting health workers from many backgrounds who are genuinely terrified for their own safety and for the safety of their families. They are appealing for those behind these attacks to stop. These health workers are the people who care for us and our loved ones when we need them most. I made sure to share with them the deep appreciation that the vast majority of people have for the work they do every single day
