Driving I saw a green traffic light but it was blinking yellow at the same time. Iโve never seen a traffic light do that. Is it a sign? Go but proceed with caution? What area of life am I supposed to apply this message? I wasnโt ready for an existential crisis before breakfast.

When 25 parents volunteer their time to come in and talk about their professions for your economics unit, amazing learning takes place! Thank you to all the parents who took the time to talk to first grade! The kids loved it!

My students just completed the Three Little Pigs ๐ท Challenge. In a unit on forces and motion, my students were challenged to build a house out of one material that would stand up to the Big Bad Wolf. We used: pattern blocks, wooden blocks, paper, cardboard, cups, clay, & foil.

As teachers, we are always concerned with providing our students with experiences that not only provide academic knowledge but also the skills to synthesize and use their knowledge in innovative ways. There are so many ways in which technology can achieve this.
