One thing I wish more people understood about stimulant addiction recovery: Persistent fatigue is not always depression, laziness, or lack of motivation. Methamphetamine places enormous stress on the brain and body. Recovery isn’t just about staying off the drug. It’s also about healing the damage it leaves behind. Nutrition won’t fix everything, but giving your body the building blocks it needs to repair itself matters. Sometimes exhaustion is not failure. Sometimes it’s healing.

I look at one nation's page and all it is is rhetoric about how bad Albo is and hate and anger nothing positive no clear policy agendas that cater to make our lives better. I look at Albos page and all there is is posts about all the things he is out there in the community doing. You want to live in a circus or you want to live in a stable sane world. I know what my choice is. I hope there are level headed Aussies like me out there who think the same. This is just insanity. My heart aches

I can't look at my X feed right now it's too upsetting- all I get presented with is rubbish about Pauline Hanson which triggers my amygdala and makes me so frightened and angry and wanting to rage post. I do not want to rage post I do not want to even try to write things to get these right wing extreme people to see differently it's a waste of time. They don't want to change their minds. This one nation political movement is so scary but reacting to posts here only drives the hate and division it doesn't solve anything. It only adds to the problem. I don't know what to do. Maybe it's all just mountains and molehills I hope so.

This saddens me so much this is not ok none of it. Not in Australia. Political violence doesn't happen here only in America. Come on Australia this is not what we stand for. We are the land of the free we are moderates in our politics. We are the lucky country. Look at how good we have it!! Look at how people live in Gaza, El Salvador, Iran! Look at your life how free your speech is how free your life is, free healthcare free schooling hecs at uni. Lots of us still even have a backyard. We have nothing to complain about. Pauline Hanson has spent decades turning fear, outrage and division into a political brand. Before handing power to any politician, ask what they’ve actually achieved, what expertise they bring, and whether their solutions survive contact with reality. Populists thrive by convincing ordinary people that complex problems have simple villains. Australia’s challenges deserve evidence, competence and integrity, not slogans designed to generate clicks and votes. Don’t let propaganda do your thinking for you. Look to all the regretful voters in USA we cannot go down that path

It's time for this diva to call it a day. What a day it was. It's raining non stop the downside of the subtropics. From where i m stamding El Ninio is not here yet. My partner called me at 9am after dropping his boy at school they almost got killed by a driver who was driving over 100km/hr on the wrong side of the road. A sliding doors moment. When he got home I held onto him so tight I thanked who ever needed to be thanked that he and his son were not taken away today🙏 the vape shop had banana buzz vapes in- yes i still hold onto one last vice. And banana buzz is bliss. I do not promote vaping but i vape on the deck on my own considerately and unapologetically. I instructed two fitness classes and was so proud of my 9am bodypump ladies who slayed that lunge track not one of them stopped. What a buzz. I picked my son up and enjoyed hearing about his day and his new group of friends they call themselves brug it's short for bro and hug- uber cute. I wrote but it wasnt epic or my best thats ok. Cant be Attwood everyday coz im not Margaret Attwood. I had a landmark seminar with my partner I told him I have not ever loved anyone like I love him. And it's true. He still wants me to go back to medicine. I swear one day he ll get it bless him. I texted my mum after our call last night i told her i loved her, my dad as well. Bella out kelpie is at my feet, Daisy our feisty tabby on my lap clawing me for pats. A green tree frog has also cone to join us out of the rain. Son tucked in with a kiss and love. Wouldn't swap any of this for anything. I'm a mum a shit trad wife coz I'm neurodivergent and messy im on centrelink and im totally underachieving but im happy and thats what counts. The media spent years treating SSP5-8.5 as the most likely climate future when many scientists viewed it as a high-end risk scenario. A hypothetical possibility amongst 4 others- the worst case scenario. Now some commentators are making the opposite mistake: claiming its retirement proves climate change isn’t happening. Both are distortions. A worst-case scenario being less plausible than once thought does not invalidate the underlying science. Climate change is undeniably real and net zero is the way forward. We sacrifice now for a better future for our children. Doing anything else is simply selfish.

If the side that isn’t in power wins an election, why is the first assumption that they rigged it? The side controlling the government already has far more opportunity to influence the process. An underdog victory isn’t proof of fraud. It may just mean the incumbents failed to get the result they wanted.
