A lady and her 2 year child died in our village due to a pothole that was so big and no street lighting bounced into ongoing lorry had no chance - he has blood on his hands

Cashed in flexible pension last sept hmrc tax 75% filed a P53z in nov , received ltr Jan 26 saying refund will be in bank 10 days then 1 week later rec ltr saying not getting refund 😩 trying to find out why since Jan complaint letter sent by post complaint via online gateway , called lots of times only to be cut off continuously- the amount I should be received is £13,000 and for some reason my tax code has changed as they seem to have added my personal cashed pension 25/26 as extra earnings and have added extra £41,000 to my estimated income 😩 why please someone explain
