But Myron was busy and I waited over an hour with no response. I was beginning to worry that maybe our chat session got interrupted and I'd have to repeat this process with a whole new "Myron". I thought back to his first statement of being "very close". 11/15

Surely if the only part I got correct was "Boston", that would not qualify as "very close". After some more thinking and searching I decided to try something. I sent him the first address again but changed "2nd Fl." to "Apt. 2".
