Body position is key for maxing jump height. Take a looks at @spidadmitchell Including exercises that mimic those positions are a great way to learn. You want to break apart the entire movement into learnable chunks. Add the isometric approach squat to your routine!

Protect from groin injuries πŸ‘† I wish I would have known about this exercise when I was younger and playing competitively. I think I strained my groin at the beginning of every basketball season.

This is a great exercise that can be done by yourself with limited equipment OR with a partner holding up your leg and no equipment. It definitely taxes the groin and provides the requisite load to protect against groin strains.
