A sincere, thank you to OKCPD and OHP for their coordination of multiple drones, flying in the restricted airspace. It was good to fly alongside drones from ESPN, the city of Oklahoma , and law-enforcement !

There were multiple drones in use at both locations and the OKCPD drone coordinator was able to work with all drone pilots to be able to safely share the airspace.

A word of warning: Shooting at a drone can be a federal criminal offense. Drones are considered aircraft by the FAA and shooting of a drone can have the same consequences as shooting at a manned aircraft.

Some of the damage from last night‘s tornado in Enid. This neighborhood sits just east of Vance Air Force Base and sits in a no fly zone for drones. Fortunately, I was able to apply for and be granted special authorization from the FAA to fly in this area.

Stopped by the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum again as the Devon Tower still had the Survivor Tree logo showing. Tried to get a 180 panorama showing the gates of time at either end.
Also, a west looking shot from 9:01 gate to 9:03 and its reflection.

The Devon Tower tonight -  displaying the logo for the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum ahead of tomorrow’s remembrance.  The survivor tree with stood the bombing attack on April 19, 1995 and continues to stand and flourish on the grounds of the memorial.
