Thinking about this day ONE year ago. I was working hard learning how to program. Spending hours and hours studying, focusing on getting my first job in IT.

My longest role was three and a half years.
My shortest was just under two.
Donโt shame people for leaving jobs after short stints.
Itโs what forces people to stay underpaid, in toxic work environments, etc.
They fear not getting hired again because of people like you.
