Did anyone notice $FLOW and $NEAR's stablecoin supply EXPLODE?!
According to DefiLlama data, stablecoin market caps for @flow_blockchain and @NEARProtocol are up 246% and 78% on the week respectively.
Interestingly, Flow's stablecoin supply is more than 96% made up of @PayPal's $PYUSD while Near is more typical, being dominated by @tether's $USDT.

40M has been added to the stablecoin marketcap.
HIFI is offering financial rails that power consumer DeFi, from international ramps to financial APIs that already process 100,000 transactions a day on the network.

Developers building on Flow can onramp users into stablecoins, offramp to local bank accounts across US and international corridors, and settle payments at scale.
As part of the launch, we're migrating $40 million in stablecoins onto Flow EVM, settling in PYUSD0, the omnichain version of PayPal's PYUSD.
Flow is the chain behind some of the largest consumer crypto apps, including NBA Top Shot and Disney Pinnacle.
Flow's 40 million consumer accounts are now a foundation for onchain finance: exchanges, lending protocols, and yield products like @peakmoney_ are launching on the network. These apps need money movement that works at the speed and simplicity of the rest of their product.

It uses Flow's cross-VM model to pull this off: a single atomic Cadence transaction calls a Groth16 verifier on Flow EVM and updates the shielded balance. Proof-check and balance-update both happen simultaneously.
