They will say your account got reported by a user (with a user name shown) and ask you to react to a message with a 1 or 2. Don't do it. I copied and pasted the start of the message so you are aware. It's not an official app but a SCAM. They will take over your account. Also anyone who is friends with Batrenh know that his account got hacked due to this. Please block and ban his account from your servers if he is in it. It is very easy to fall victim to it because it does seem legit but it is NOT!
