@UAEEmbassyUK I was in Dubai on holiday from Feb 11-15. On my return flight from Dubai, I lost my phone at terminal 1 on February 15. I contacted the Dubai Airport, lost & found department and they have found the phone.
However, since I am not based in the UAE, they will need me to authorise someone in the UAE to collect the phone. That authorisation letter needs to be signed by the UAE embassy in the UK. How can I get this done? What documents are required?
@British_Airways I think I may have left one of my phones at Dubai terminal 1 gate D9 while traveling on BA106 today early morning. To be fair, someone did mention to me that the crew announced something to that effect before we departed . But I was knackered and had slept off.
Is there a way to get the phone here in london from dubai. Is there somewhere I can lodge this case? What is the procedure? Any help would be highly appreciated.
Hi @British_Airways . Is BA 134 - Mumbai to London - for Dec 1 delayed ? No official communication yet but the BA app and Google tracking shows a 3 hour delay.

@TajHotels staying at the Gateway, Ambad, Nashik. Though the stay and facilities have been good, we were extremely disappointed with an experience last night at our Pancharatna restaurant. We were asked to scan a QR code for the drinks menu. We asked them for a ..
And the person making the drinks that we had clearly ordered from the Mocktails section. The drink is not present in the cocktails section of the menu. We had consumed most of it by then. Though the person offered an apology, it sounded half hearted and nothing else was done.
I made sure that I mentioned this to the restaurant manager the next day. The whole experience has left a very bad taste about the Taj Hotels brand. I do not think the hotel understood how serious this was for us.
