Interesting that @UKHospKate @AltonSteven are only ever interested in utilities or beer tax or business rates but not the other two @scullyp @IanMearnsMP

Unlikely with your members putting rents up at every opportunity
Hugely challenging and an issue we are raising as matter of urgency - massive increases in bills likely to see many paying more for utilities than rent

So many MPs conned into believing you are actually doing anything for pubs - so terribly sad that these MPs may believe that any tenant or customer will ever see these reductions @MrAndy_Carter @JamesDalyMP
Great to be at the House of Commons this evening thanking MPs for their support for pubs through lower duty for draft beer #lowerdraughtbeerduty

We have briefed @SarahOlney1 on this subject as unfortunately Upward only rent reviews are no becoming common in MRO awards - despite recently winning a referral on the subject, it was simply appealed by @Heineken - the deficiencies of the @pubscodepca are making UORRs common
We support @sarahjolney1 bill to consign upwards only rent reviews to history. This heads I win tails you lose landlords play will destroy businesses and has to stop

The situation is worse now than at any stage of the campaign to reform the industry. Leased and tenanted pubs will cease to exist in another 5 years
