Roblox wants a future where everyone has a "hyper-realistic avatar" that "looks just like them." The transition towards that appears to be starting.
David Baszucki said that during their Q2 2022 earnings call. Might be fluff, but it appears to be a strong possibility now.

Roblox plans to take down all dynamic faces which do not move on March 3rd.
And then delete them from your inventories on June 15th.
