Architectural practice in East London. Partly co-owners of award winning Ombra. Curators of Negroni Talks - probably the best talk series in the world.
With the recent #StrilingPrize announcement, we are thinking back to our Awards talk from 2020, asking what they are actually good for.
A description and audio recording are available here: fourthspace.co.uk/talk-19
Great to see the Negroni Talks get a mention in this co-living piece by @highfield_anna. Our talk took place at the end of May and it was definitely eye-opening. Check out the events page of our website for info, photos and a link to the recording.

Enjoyed last night's #NegroniTalk at Forno, not been to an in person one before; & this time wisely only had one Negroni, but a fascinating discussion on whether architects are 'fit for purpose'. Some brilliant curation by @fourth_space & a bit of a window into the soul of the profession, also lovely to connect with colleagues old & new. Bit of a privilege to hear from the new president-elect of @RIBA@CW_Architect too.
We’re going to be exploring age in architecture as part of the next #NegroniTalk on Tuesday 23 April. Why do some architects never stop? And why do younger practitioners often feel so disenfranchised?

Are you a Mod or Trad? And what does that mean anyway? Find out at the next Negroni Talk on Tuesday 23rd January.
A special collaboration with @C20Society!

FML I honestly cannot believe this from @RIBA 🤯
1/ designing buildings that deliver social value - is not a hobby to improve wellbeing 😭- it requires skill, commitment and time which have to be paid for (unless see point 2).
