This from Paul Graham, the co-founder of Y Combinator (among many other things), resonates massively with me.
From my own experience seeing someone introduce ‘process’ into an early stage startup, it ended up a car crash... and it was pushed by a very highly paid ‘advisor’ 🤦♂️
Founders: Stay like this for as long as you can, because this is what every good programmer wants.
Resist the people who want to add "process" to the way you do things. They will only tell you about the benefits, and not the costs.
