are you spending your time improving yourself or spending it stagnating? because if you’re stagnating, you’re automatically regressing. stagnation is no bueno. put in the effort.

i see running a business like pulling the throttle back of a jet engine. all systems need to be in place to scale without you being overwhelmed. similar to how the plane needs to be prepared to fly before you go 0-100. set foundational systems & pull the throttle.

if you allow yourself to get fat, there’s no hiding your lack of discipline. being a healthy weight in 2023 is rare, so if you’re lean & fit you’re an outlier. i’ve always been underweight but i’d rather be underweight than overweight.
