This is amazing! @nationaltrust you're not protecting us or nature by banking with the most polluting bank in Europe 🌍 #StopBankingOnFossilFuels #BarclaysOut #RestoreNature Now
BREAKING: We just unveiled a clear message on Bodiam Castle: @nationaltrust Protect Nature, Drop Barclays. As guardians of nature and heritage you’re failing in your mission to protect it, as long as you keep banking on Barclays - funders of bombs and big oil. #RestoreNatureNow

BREAKING: WE GOT HIM! We confronted Shell’s chair of the board Andrew Mackenzie outside Shell’s HQ this morning where he had a meeting today. Shell stays silent. They have no answers. They just run away. They’ve poisoned the Niger Delta’s land, water & people. CLEAN IT UP!

#EllasLaw is what we need to enshrine the right to breathe #CleanAir in UK law. We need a new #CleanAirAct to make #CleanAir a #HumanRight. We need @GreenJennyJones's #CleanAirHRBill to pass and do just that! We support your call @EllaRobertaFdn!
Please support my call for #EllasLaw as a new #CleanAirAct to enshrine the #HumanRight to #CleanAir in UK law in the 2022-23 session of Parliament. It would mark the 10th anniversary of #EllaRoberta’s death on 15 February 2023 and @GreenJennyJones’s #CleanAirHRBill could do it!

I just took part in the #BigPlasticCount, UK’s biggest investigation into household plastic waste. Here’s what I found really happens to my plastic waste: ♻️11% recycled 🌍15% sent abroad 🔥48% burnt ⛰️26% sent to landfill This is shocking, right?! @Jochurchill_MP @pow_rebecca

#ClimateStrike Week167 India 46℃, Pakistan 48℃, Jacobabad 51℃ degrees with wet bulb temperature reading 31℃ that makes it almost impossible to survive. There is an emergency that leaders want to ignore. We urgently need a global fossil fuel treaty. #NoMoreEmptyPromises

This bill that is now law is devastating for all of us - a government that is criminalising peaceful protests and further criminalising already vulnerable young people affected by violence and Gypsy Roma & Traveller communities #SayNoToPoliceBill #11thhourforclimate
A very sad day for democracy & our right to protest…. this from @libertyhq ‘We lost all 3 votes in @UKHouseofLords on attempting to remove the noise trigger from both static assemblies, public processions & one-person protest. The Bill will now go through to Royal Assent’

Yes it’s true, @sciencemuseum has a current exhibition on #ClimateEmergency sponsored by….you will never guess, @Shell_UKLtd. Our cherished museums should be setting an example on this issue, but as @GretaThunberg said ‘they just killed irony’. Huge well done all the protesters

The most pressing thing is to reduce emissions, but we also need to be ready for climate chaos. The UK and most other countries are woefully unprepared. We need governments to wake up! I'm striking for the #11thHourForClimate with #FridaysForFuture. bbc.co.uk/news/science-envir…

Our prime minister is acting like the climate crisis & inequality is a joke. Since when is flying WITHIN Britain a way of "building back better, fairer and greener"??? Its the #11thHourForClimate and our elected leaders need to take note now.
This is how serious Boris Johnson is about combating the climate emergency: He flew to Cornwall.
