I haven’t read Khan’s court papers but am curious as to whether they deal with the 2015 SCA judgment in the SANRAL case: “all court records are, by default, public documents that are open to public scrutiny at all times”.
In fairness to him, he should complain if he believes the information in his affidavit was in the press before the matter was argued in court.
Complaining about leaks is also not unusual. Public figures facing criminal or disciplinary scrutiny frequently raise concerns about "trial by media" and selective leaking.
We have to wait and see if there's merit in his complaints- and only an investigation into the Caselines issue can tell.
