1024 participated in today’s Rolls Royce STEM day activities, promoting STEM to elementary school students through demonstrations with our team’s robot, and many kids are now interested in getting further involved in STEM and robotics!

Day 4 of our summer program Tech Camp! This was the final day building robots for the campers and had a big tournament with parents spectating. Everyone had such a fun time competing and tearing down their robots at the end. We hope our campers enjoyed and join FRC in the future!

Day 3 of our summer program Tech Camp! Everyone made team badges today in preparation for IRI on Friday to trade for other teams’ swag. All robots are prepared for the big tournament tomorrow and everyone is getting good driving practice!

Day 2 of our summer program Tech Camp! Today the campers were introduced to CAD software and 3D-modeled a cube with their initials in it, as well as beginning to make team nameplates! Almost all robots are complete, and everyone is working so hard!

Day 1 of our summer program Tech Camp! Everyone was separated into teams and introduced to this year’s game. Work was started on building robots with help from 1024 student mentors, and some amazing progress being made already!
