A very sad announcement. I have just been convicted a second time for 'hate speech' and it is only due to a technicality that I could not immediately be sent to jail —to the judge's frustration. In an ironic turn of events it's actually thanks to my previous prison sentence (for memes in a private group chat) that I am now still free —in a physical sense, at least. Call me naive but I didn't think they would take it this far, given that this precedent criminalises many of the arguments used by even the most moderate politicians critical of mass migration. In February 2024 I gave a lecture at Catholic University Leuven wherein I linked mass migration to crime and a deterioration of our quality of life. Every single point I made was 100% the truth and based on scientific evidence. Cynically, even the judge that convicted me admits as much by writing in his verdict: “Even if all of the statements made by Van Langenhove are based on scientific evidence and statistics, it makes no difference to the criminal intent. Van Langenhove is not charged with spreading false information. He is charged with presenting facts in a way that incites hatred against persons on the grounds of one or more of the protected criteria in the Anti-Racism Law.” That's a lot of words just to say he wants to send me to prison for speaking the truth. Even the regime media write: "It did not matter to the court that Van Langenhove was quoting scientific sources. The judge argued that Van Langenhove's main message was that a big part of the societal problems like insecurity, housing shortages and lowering educational standards are due to mass migration." You may think the regime media are being sympathetic to me in the first sentence, but in reality they are warning people: even if you speak the truth, if you go against our narrative, we will crush you in every way possible. Both the public prosecutor and the judge did not present a single real argument as to how or against whom I would have incited hatred. So even if I would accept their crazy, dystopic law, I still did not break it. The only argument they present is that I created a "hostile atmosphere of us versus them” in regards to migrants. But even this silly argument (which is not even a punishable offence) is not true. To me, the deadly disease is self-hatred and one of its worst symptoms is replacement migration. My enemy is thus NOT the migrants themselves but those orchestrating the mass migration. Sadly, in Belgium, evidence is not needed and ‘vibes’ are enough to put someone in jail. Given the fact that I have another court case coming up in September and that I have a dozen active criminal investigations for hate speech, time is running out for me. I have already paid more than €420,000 in legal fees and there is no ending in sight. I have been in an intense battle of attrition for eight years and must now regroup to make sure I can still win. If you want to help me, you can do so via the links below. If you can help in other ways, please contact me via DM. If you live in a country that still has free speech, never let them touch it, however noble they make the motives sound, because this is where it leads to.

If everyone pushes red then everyone survives. If everyone pushes blue then everyone survives. One choice doesn't involve you dying when other people don't agree with you.
Everyone in the world has to take a private vote by pressing a red or blue button. If more than 50% of people press the blue button, everyone survives. If less than 50% of people press the blue button, only people who pressed the red button survive. Which button would you press?

@SKODAUK here's a revolutionary idea for customer service: An extended warranty includes being told that an item is not covered by the extended warranty without £160 diagnostic charge. I have to play roulette to benefit from the warranty. Do you see what is wrong with this?

I wasn't informed of the warranty diagnostic fee when I bought the car with the extended warranty and I wasn't ever provided with a copy of the extended warranty terms.

@SKODAUK In any case the fee is unreasonably high (given the fault) to find out if I'm covered under warranty, as is "all day". Is this fault covered under warranty? Dunno, it will take all day and £160 to find out, sir!

We Had a Chance to End the Conflict and We Chose to Burn It. In 2005, something historic happened. Israel withdrew completely from Gaza - not just its soldiers, but also all of its civilians, farms, and settlements. Thousands of Israeli families were uprooted from their homes by their own government. Synagogues were dismantled, greenhouses and infrastructure worth hundreds of millions of dollars were left behind - not destroyed, but handed over to give us a chance to start fresh. For the first time in our history, we had full control over a piece of land - our own borders, our own cities, our own people, and access to the sea. The world was ready to help. Billions in aid and investment were promised. It could have been the beginning of a Palestinian Singapore. But instead of building schools, hospitals, and industries, we built tunnels, rockets, and militias. Instead of creating hope, we chose hatred. Instead of turning Gaza into proof that Palestinians can govern themselves, we turned it into proof that we cannot. When Israel left, the world expected calm, peace, and progress. What did we give them? Civil war between Fatah and Hamas. Executions in the streets. A terror group seizing power and turning Gaza into a launching pad for endless wars. And the world still asks: Why doesn’t Israel “just give up the West Bank” too? Because they already saw what happened the last time they gave land for nothing in return. The truth is painful, but it must be said: We were given a chance to build a future and we used it to destroy our own. We could have shown that we were ready for peace. Instead, we showed that we were ruled by those who fear peace more than they fear death. Every rocket fired from Gaza wasn’t just aimed at Israel - it was aimed at our own future. And now, after all the destruction, poverty, and death, I keep asking myself: What if, just once, we had chosen life instead of revenge? We had the opportunity to end the conflict. But our leaders and too many of us chose to keep it alive.

It's the old "put other people's (or animals) suffering out of my misery, better for them not to exist than for me to witness their suffering" The arrogance of such people is beyond belief. So many animals exist because they're going to be eaten. Eat more, don't hoard life!

On factory farming, I think your point 2 is tendentious and conclusory. I do not believe that factory farmed animals live a "tortured existence" in the sense that they would be better not existing. I don't think you have any evidence for that at all. x.com/cremieuxrecueil/status…

NHS - Labour has chosen to CUT funding for nursing training in the UK and rely on migrants instead. It’s so sad that some of the most important jobs in this country, won’t be filled by young people training here. What sort of government chooses not to value its own youth 💣

🚨 This thread will probably get me arrested. But I don’t care. Because someone has to say it. The UK is now investigating people worried about mass immigration… As potential terrorists. Not jihadists. Not hate preachers. Concerned parents. Ordinary Brits. 👇 THREAD 🧵

Labour and all far left agendas want all ill, disabled, mentally unwell, frail people dead. There's a reason why Labour has delayed reform of Social Care by 10 years. It want be needed. Will only exist for physically & mentally fit looked after children. Then they'll "fix" that!

(1) A thread on the extraordinary landmark Christian Legal Centre case of Kristie Higgs. Follow the story of one ordinary Christian mother's unprecedented six-year journey through the UK legal system. See what you make of all the obstacles put in her way that sought to prevent her from receiving justice and protecting Christian freedom in this country. In October 2018, Kristie’s 8-year-old son brought home story books as part of a ‘No Outsiders in Our School’ program. Researching online, Kristie discovered the books were very controversial and encouraged beliefs in gender fluidity and sexualised children from a young age. She decided to visit her son’s Church of England primary school in Fairford, Gloucestershire to see what other books the school was using…

My government was elected to deliver change. We will seize opportunity to improve the lives of working people and provide Britain with long-term stability and security. Great to see @VonDerLeyen today to discuss UK-EU partnership.
