Just settled a multi-million-dollar case involving extremely tragic events. Clients are currently in South America and it's been two weeks now trying to deal with wiring funds from the US to their country. So frustrating there isn't a better way to send money instantly!

I’m sorry for quoting my own reply but I firmly believe more people need and deserve to know this about @WillSmith2real
Replying to @NASA @NASAKennedy
To everyone bandwagoning on NASA right now just know that Will Smith was with Artemis, from the start of this, running the game.

Anyone that wants a quick confirmation on how awesome this is for shareholders only needs to check the stats on what the bankruptcy fees were in the FTX and Celsius debacles.
REGARDING LINQTO: Judge Perez just issued his ruling. THE BANKRUPTCY SETTLEMENT PLAN HAS BEEN CONFIRMED & APPROVED. In his ruling, Judge Perez cited a very handsome attorney when he said: “As Mr. Deaton likes to say: ‘Customers won Constructive Trust without litigating it.’” Judge Perez also stated that the Liquidating Trust (LT) & Closed End Fund (CEF) is the result giving customers the closest possible option providing them “the benefit of their bargain.” The Judge also stated that there were serious allegations of fraud at Linqto and that based on the evidence presented, the bankruptcy filing was done in good faith. He overruled any objection to approving the plan. He stated that there were no conflicts of interests that impeded the plan and that the fact that the New Management at @linqtoinc is NOT involved in managing either the LT or CEF and made a claim themselves against the estate, proves no conflict impeded or improperly influenced the plan. Being in bankruptcy sucked and it’s extremely unfortunate. But let me repeat what I’ve said before. There was more than $1 Billion dollars of value on the platform. Bankruptcy was filed July 2025. To get this case resolved in 7 months with customers estimated to receive 95% of what they’re entitled to - is the best bankruptcy result involving a fraud case in modern bankruptcy history. Lawyers at Brown Rudnick, including Ken Aulet, Robert Stark, @stephendpalley and others, deserve most of the credit for putting customers first - above their own financial interests. They are outstanding lawyers who helped restore my own faith in my profession. Sam Schwartz and Jeff Stein who represented the debtor also deserve credit for putting customers first. To all the innocent Linqto customers - congratulations on getting the best possible outcome in a shitty situation. I’m glad this is over. Back to campaigning. 😂

I sold $BTC for the first time when it was last at $89k to get liquidity for another investment I wanted to make. I felt upset because I kept thinking about the extra bitcoin I’d have if I sold at $120k. Today…I do not feel as bad about that anymore.

In general, I ignore your posts. But considering I field calls from hundreds of Coinbase customers about how Coinbase screws them, and then see how aggressive Coinbase gets trying to ensure they get screwed in court, I’ll take @EleanorTerrett ‘s word over yours 1000%!
In general, love your posts, but this is not accurate. The White House has been super constructive here. They did ask us to see if we can go figure out a deal with the banks, which we're currently working on. Actually, we've been cooking up some good ideas on how we can help the community banks specifically in this bill, since that's what this is about.....the community banks, right? More coming soon.

Never forget that @GaryGensler both is and looks like a huge dickhead.
"In short, a token is no more a security because it was once part of an investment contract transaction than a golf course because it used to be part of a citrus grove investment scheme." -- @SECGov Chair Paul Atkins.

Not an unreasonable analysis at all here, though I quibble with some minor points. The bottom line to me is that $XRP must be used exponentially more than it is now to get the type of gains the Army is hoping for. Ripple is working on that and the pieces are tantalizingly close to falling in place for that to happen. But one thing I’ve always believed is that Ripple must—judiciously—spread around its XRP holdings to other stakeholders in the web/model it is creating (which it seems like it finally realized). None of the power players are going to let a company go from a value of low billions to 4-5 trillion in the blink of an eye. That pie must be shared whether you think it is right or wrong.

My take on XRP vis a vis Bitcoin... Rather than focus on one clip, this goes through the logic.

So…every “outside VC” quoted in this article is anonymous. Wonder if they are the same luminaries that invested in FTX and Luna…

Ripple just raised $500 million from a group of marquee investors. But here’s how outside VCs see it: “[The company] is not worth anything outside of XRP holdings. No one uses their tech. No usage on the network/blockchain.” @steven_ehrlich investigates unchainedcrypto.com/are-inve…

At times like these, best to remember how Raoul Duke approached such circumstances.

I mean, under US law, if you are a shareholder of Ripple Labs then you do, in fact, own $XRP. Welcome to the Army, @SimonDixonTwitt. Welcome home.
I was an early shareholder in Ripple Labs, as I invested in nearly all the deals available during the early days of Bitcoin—and Ripple was in the payments space when I was focused on FinTech. I don’t own any XRP. I won’t own any XRP. I’ve never owned any XRP. The company itself owns almost half of all XRP. Ripple Labs was one of many early investments I made that have performed incredibly well. If the company goes public, I’ll sell my shares. But my focus remains on Bitcoin. Other early investments include Coinbase, Kraken, Robinhood, Exodus, Bitstamp, Circle, Bitfinex, Securitize, and many others. I’ve always disclosed this. To me Ripple Labs fit in the banksters financial industrial complex bucket.

I'm getting blown up today by one of the PE companies I use with offers to buy Ripple shares of various blocks for a price of $250-$275 per share! Please, oh Lord, let me get my @linqtoinc-held Ripple shares back.

For Your Legal Knowledge: In the US, where a medical condition of a plaintiff is at issue, the defendant may conduct a Defense Medical Examination. This means regardless what evidence Ms. Macron provides the court, Candice Owens can hire a gynecologist examine her.

What a week. Charlie’s assassination, 9/11 anniversary. I close it off by taking a case of a widow whose husband was gunned down by a thug in NorCal at a shit box hotel that knew about all sorts of crime on the premises and did nothing to maintain any semblance of security protocols. And she had to see it all. With their young kids. An immigrant family trying to start a new life in America (the legal way) to escape the violence of their home country. The world can be a real shitty place. Hug your family and friends tonight.

One measure of what a great man Charlie Kirk was is that, if he had a chance to send us only one message from beyond the veil, I bet it would likely be: "Let my assassin face his just punishment, but forgive him as I have and pray for his Salvation through Jesus Christ."
