Adapt and change a whole system when that one acquisition could have been made in that position? That aside he managed things well and we had the second most cleansheets as at the time he left, so that wasn’t a problem. But Hato was never bought to be replace Colwill.
Adapt how you play football. If your whole system collapses because of one position there's something not right with your football management. A CCB is not the only way to generate build up football. Some of the best passing teams in the game don't have that specialized role.
