Joe Blades’ contributions to the local literary and arts community are well known. We are heartened that such a creative soul as Joe found relaxation and maybe even inspiration on the Fredericton trails. FTC thanks his sister Carol for the generous donation in memory of Joe. <3
The Marysville Bridge will be closed to vehicle traffic on Sunday, November 20, 2022 from approximately 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
During the closure, pedestrian and bicycle traffic will be permitted, however vehicles will be detoured via local streets.

In community public safety meetings, many residents aired their concerns about rising crime, dangers on the trail system, etc.
