Last week we completed our pickleball unit, learning the basic rules and skills. We practiced dinking, serving, and mastering the double bounce rule!!

Mrs. Laubach took her students to participate in Barre 3 class today, located on Bath Pike. This is a great example of introducing students to life long fitness. Great job Mrs. Laubach and students for getting after it today.

A special thank you to Hott Fitness Factory on Willow Park Road for hosting Freedom Fit. Great workout! We are up to 30 teachers signed up for Freedom Fit. We have something for everyone. Today back on the spin bikes.

We received a grant for spin bikes and they are already being used for students during the school day and faculty after school. We had over 25 teachers sign up for the classes, even the principal got a workout in. Next class is tomorrow.

What a great group of students in my Lifeguarding and Adventure class. I am looking forward to seeing this group grow and learn how to be lifeguards. What an incredible PATHWAY, Take the course, get a lifeguard certificate and then I hire you at the city pools. Win! Win!
