Legalization is not the same as justice. We can’t celebrate until everyone’s free. Cannabis laws have changed, but many people remain incarcerated under outdated policies. Others still face surveillance, barriers to opportunity, detention, and deportation.

South Bay House of Correction has a long history of violence and neglect. Between 2021 and 2023, seven people died in Sheriff’s custody. In December 2025, Shacoby “Coby” Kenny became the eighth. This is not an isolated incident. Join to demand change.
