Extremely sad that Giles Peaker has passed away. Since pupillage, Nearly Legal's been my go-to blog for absolutely everything landlord & tenant law. Giles was really amused when I "fan girled" him @HLPA_UK in 2024 & asked for his autograph in his brilliant book. RIP, Giles 🙏🏾
