🍒 Help us help Cherry 🍒
Cherry was found by a good Samaritan who immediately noticed the puppy was limping. She took 🍒 to a local rescue who couldn’t afford to pay the veterinary $. Knowing Friends of Strays was a no-kill shelter, the rescue called and asked if we could help.

Just six weeks old, Cherry arrived at our shelter with a femoral fracture (broken back leg) that required orthopedic surgery. Her surgery cost Friends of Strays $3,000, but helping animals is at the heart of our mission. 💙💚
