people apparently think naoya's narcissism and hatred/indifference for the men in his clan cancels out his misogyny when that's not how it works. he's still a conservative male from a patriarchal clan and conforms to traditional masculine norms
men like toji and gojo can still get some form of respect from him because of their strength. naoya doesn't like toji and gojo as people but what they represent. and he looks down on maki because she's a woman despite being toji's equal
the reason why gojo's kids made it and geto's didn't, besides the codependency aspect etc, was also because gojo pushed his kids to be independent and prepared them for the real world
