📢 Help Karin stay alive in Libya until the
@EUCourtPress decides his case against Frontex
Karim is a young asylum seeker from Darfur, Sudan. He is trapped in Libya, where simply being a Black refugee means living under constant threat of abduction, extortion, and arbitrary detention by armed groups. Karim has been diagnosed with diabetes and needs consistent care, medication, and safe access to food, none of which is stable or safe where he is. Since the case was filed in 2024, Karim has been forced to move shelters more than 35 times. While he is being pushed from place to place to survive, the judges still haven’t declared that Frontex’s pull back operations are unlawful, a declaration that will help Karim escape from Libya and protect his life. Each day of delay is another day he has to stay hidden, sick, and at risk.
We are urgently raising €2,500 to cover:
🚨Emergency medical care for his illness
🚨Safe shelter to relocate him to a more secure location
🚨Daily essentials like food, clean water, and medicine
🚨Ongoing support so he can remain safe until he can make an attempt to flee Libya.
