We often see super talented youth players who don’t communicate at ALL during games. You can be the most talented player on the field but if you don’t communicate, college coaches notice that too. It raises questions about leadership, confidence or tactical understanding. The higher the level, the more the game is played with information, organization, and accountability — not just talent. #BeVocal #LeadersLead

I am not getting into the debate of right or wrong on coaches part. It’s a hard cold realty Parents, please don’t be “That Parent” that costs your kid a college opportunity Please allow your kids the experience & growth that comes from learning to solve their own problems. I’m not saying to not “guide and advise”. I’m saying allow them the privilege & opporunity to grow.
