Congratulations @RMIT! Proud to have been able to play a part of this by piloting Achievement Relative to Opportunity (ARtO) for recruitment for @fun_materials and @TMOS_ARC. This also enabled us to give out 3 Career Reconnect fellowships to jump start interrupted careers again.
Congratulations @RMIT! 🎉 Their first Cygnet Award recognises their work to recruit more women and gender diverse staff. Thanks to a suite of targeted interventions, 36% more women were appointed to STEMM roles.
