In 2014 Robert Jenrick applied for planning permission to renovate his Vincent Square home
- Permission was refused several times, but eventually pushed through by Tory councillors in Nov 24, just after he became a an MP
-This was reported at the time, but what was not is that he had already spent over Β£500k on renovations by then.
-We can see this because (for reasons I don't understand) the renovation costs were funneled through a limited company
-If planning permission had been rejected again, he may have had to reverse over Β£500k of renovation work, so those Tory councillors really saved his bacon!
