Due to a recent proposal to DISENFRANCHISE State Convention Delegates at 3Q Democratic Party of Virginia Meeting I sent this Open Letter to many DNC Members to recommend they EXPAND VOTING RIGHTS and require DNC Candidates be elected by MAJORITY VOTE.
