Every World Series commercial break is just an endless stream of Oz and Fetterman commercials, which creates unintentionally funny moments like this.

Thank you @HelenGymPHL 💛
The Meadows have become an integral part of FDR Park since they were opened to the public, and I continue to support the diverse coalition of thousands of community members in calling upon the City to revisit the FDR Park Master Plan to protect the Meadows. My full statement⬇️

We’re devastated by this clearcutting of the meadows at FDR Park. We will keep working to #SaveTheMeadows and keep the rest of this important open space preserved and wild pennenvironment.webaction.or…

Replying to @tough_schmidt_
@tough_schmidt_ Please report on the ongoing deforestation of 200~ acres of naturally reclaimed land at FDR park. To make up for it, they’ll rebuild less than 50 acres. They’ve bulldozed the backend of the Park, which was a mature eco system. This land is a carbon sink

One thing that we've learned for sure during the pandemic is how important #greenspace is for peoples' mental health. #Philadelphia
Today the City announced an updated design for FDR Park. Despite public outcry, this design still calls for a substantial portion of the Meadows to be razed. I cannot, and will not, defend the destruction of a public space so beloved by my constituents. 1/🌱 (📷 @gridphilly)

If you want to save FDR Park’s South Philly Meadows from destruction - well over 100 acres of reclaimed natural land full of animals, bugs, plants & wetlands - here is how you can help (via @PennEnvironment) docs.google.com/document/d/1…

I have a favor to ask. My Senator Feinstein thinks that Ted Cruz and Josh Hawley who spurred the insurrection should be allowed to remain in Congress. She doesn’t move on anything until she hears from 4000 voters. Call 202-224-3121 and demand their removal. Pls RT
