I didn’t really have this sadly. First football match I ever watched was Cameroon in 1990 (so I supported Tottenham for obvious reasons) which was a bit late into the tournament, then 94 was shit and I think I’d decided by 98 that I didn’t like international football

This Alan Brazil thing is doing my head in. Everybody deserves a second chance and I hope he takes it, but the complete lack of acknowledgement as to why he needed a liver transplant is obscene. He’s not some good time Charlie, he’s a rampant, long term alcoholic
