Still the tears šŸ—”ļø 😭 šŸ˜†
Let’s not mention how painfully average he is aswell. Blows my mind how he even gets in their squad now they have a top team

"A huge club. It was a privilege to play for #Sunderland; and with that comes expectation". "When you’re young, you’re just concentrating on nailing down a place. It was a great adventure. Beyond brilliant"! #GaryRowell #SAFC #OTD 1982 - No penalties required!

1/2 Still a bit emotional about the Lord Rowell. A story of what a gent he was, in a short chat I had with him. I was in the Roker Hotel with a mate one Sat night about 18 years ago, when I spotted him walking towards us. I stopped him & asked him if he had time for a chat.

2/2 He said he would in a bit. I didn’t expect him to. But he did. My mate was Nick Pickering’s nephew. He loved this as was mates with Nick. He said he was out watching his son’s band. I was 40 at the time, & was in awe. I wasn’t disappointed to meet my hero. Sleep tight Gary

The smile says it all. Many thanks to Dave Watson's wife, Penny, for helping to get a copy of the latest Panini-Bloomsbury book to them. Dave has been battling dementia for many years and old photographs are a vital tool in helping to engage those who suffer with the syndrome.

Your naive as fuck if you thinking broadway boy is actually being assessed, it was as clear as day he was dead just after impact. I'm sure itv will report that he's been put down soon. When you know straight up that's not the case.

Has the fella who posted lots of old football highlights been removed? Football 1968-92 I think he was called? Absolutely brilliant content and he always delivered.

Shearer lowering Newcastle’s attendance by choosing to work instead of attending a 3rd round FA Cup tie. Poor support.
