Round Rock Mayor Craig Morgan brags that 3 out of Round Rock's 11 primary fire apparatus are staffed to the MINIMUM national standard - the others are understaffed. City Council has failed to correct this for decades, now it's up to the voters. Election Day is May 2.

Saturday, May 2, is Election Day in Round Rock. Our firefighters are there for us 24/7 -- the least we can do is show our support for them with our vote to bring staffing levels on fire apparatus up to the MINIMUM national standard. Vote YES on Round Rock Proposition B!

The City of Round Rock loves to say data centers bring in big tax $ but require few city services and rarely have emergencies. Sabey Data Center already had a fire that caused $2,000,000 in damage & emitted carcinogens and toxic fumes into the air and Brushy Creek.

Engaged citizens came to the Round Rock Library on Super Bowl Sunday to make signs for the rally & public hearing for proposed rezoning for a data center at 2601 E Old Settlers. Our residents care about what happens here and WE DONโ€™T WANT YET ANOTHER DATA CENTER. @roundrock

The 1st image shows the Cityโ€™s uninspired public hearing notice for the proposed rezoning at 2601 E Old Settlers Blvd for a data center. The second shows our informational postcard. Which actually informs residents about whatโ€™s going on? @roundrock @CraigMMorgan @impactnews_rph

Hey @roundrock, Mayor @CraigMMorgan, the people of this city really donโ€™t want yet another data city further reducing our quality of life! Well over 2,000 people have signed a petition in opposition: change.org/p/say-no-to-the-sโ€ฆ

Hey, @roundrock Mayor @CraigMMorgan. Councilโ€™s public hearing on proposed data center on Old Settlers isnโ€™t till 2/12, but appears fresh surveyorโ€™s stakes were just put up on subject property. Did city staff tell owner your vote was in the bag? @ProtectRRock @PublicCitizenTX

Dr. Robert Peters, @roundrock icon, would never have approved of one, let alone NINE data centers in his city!!!!

Hey @impactnews @impactnews_rph @johnpgarrett In your biased article downplaying the widespread community opposition to the proposed Skybox data center (failed to mention the petition approaching 2K signatures, for instance), YOU PUT THE WRONG DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING!

Spotted in downtown @roundrock today. Clearly public sentiment is opposed to any more data centers in our city. There are already eight operational, under construction, or approved. Not one more!
