Today is #WorldSuicidePreventionDay. Every young person who reaches crisis point has been failed. Failed by a Government that hasn't invested in enough early intervention and prevention. And by a stigma that prevents us from reaching out. Together let's unite against suicide.
Anxiety isn't just 'worrying'. It can show up as:
difficulty concentrating
eating more or less
needing the toilet more or less
feeling tense or fidgety
sleep problems
having panic attacks

Absolutely shocking from @Telegraph. What about looking at how much unpaid carers are saving the “tax payer”? What about looking at the fight so many people face to get support?
The Telegraph newsletter today has an online tool to help its readers calculate “how much of your salary bankrolls the welfare state” - and the 4 million people too sick or disabled to work.
I feel quite sick. They are literally baiting their readers to ask what a burden we are.
