I admire the avant garde decision by the Toronto stadium architect to put seats *outside* the ground, with the roof in the way rather than over their heads. It’s the sort of jazz approach to ground design that will save us from identikit bowls.

This is extremely sad. Having worked indirectly with Kenny at Millwall, and with his brother Alan at Stevenage, and met him on various occasions, I know he was a tremendously respected and admired man.
