We recently closed our latest fund, @Flybridge 2025 (our 7th fund), and the common question I get is: "What’s changed in your thesis for 2026?" The truth is that yes, the tech has changed, but the human element really hasn't. We are still looking for the Minimum Viable Founder. But in Fund 7, we are deploying into a world where the "boring" problems have become truly exciting opportunities. While so many are chasing the next viral chat app, we are deep in the weeds with founders who are rewriting the legacy backbone of the world. Here is where we’re currently investing… • Agentic Infrastructure: We’ve cut checks into teams like Blitzy and Arcade because they are solving the "plumbing" problems that make AI actually usable at scale. • Next Wave: Nearly half of our early Flybridge 2025 deals came through our @NextWaveNYC scout network. These are operators at the absolute frontier (OpenAI, NVIDIA, Anthropic) who see things six months before anyone else. • Seed: We are aiming for 8-10 core investments per year. $1M–$3M checks. We also invest smaller checks, $50k-$100k, in pre-seed deals that we can’t stop thinking about. Venture has a reputation for being slow and opaque. I hate that. If you pitch us, you’ll get a fast decision and a clear "why" if it’s a no. We are actively deploying. The fund is fresh, my DMs are open, and we are looking for the next great humans to back. HMU!
