💡 Calming tip for parents and carers this summer: Remind your children to use ‘Turtle’!
1. Stop & cross their arms across their body
2. Take a deep breath
3. Say the problem and how they feel.
Keep practising together so that they can use it when they feel overwhelmed! #SEL

My kids used to love making temporary sculptures out of natural materials. It’s also really easy to do nature spotting activities if you have access to a phone. @BookcycleUK are amazing for a visit too 🤩🤩

A huge thank you to Gemma from @barnardos@PATHSEdUK for another fantastic workshop today. Today we thought about how it's okay to have a difference of opinions. We reflected on different scenarios and how we can manage our emotions and seek support.

Plant the seeds of imagination with the gift of books this May.
For too many disadvantaged children, books are a luxury their family can’t afford. Just £3 a month from you today would help more children experience the joy of reading.
First up our #UKPATHS Coach Caitlin from Richmond shared with us what she likes to do:
1. Go running
2. Catch up with friends
3. Go to dance classes
4. Reading a great book!
This years focus is movement and moving to support your mental health! What do you all do? ✨💜
