For the past year, we designed hundreds of sections for concept projects, internal training, and trend explorations. A lot of those designs were just sitting unused in our Figma files. So we thought, why not give them away for free? Today, we’re launching Blocks by Lander Studio. A free library of design blocks, website sections, app screens, dashboard designs, logos and illustrations for designers. Copy them, learn from them, repurpose them, or use them as inspiration. I’m very excited about the upcoming Framer 3.0 release. Beyond the expected AI enhancements, I’m hoping to see a range of new features, refinements, and overall quality of life improvements. In particular, I’d love to see better support for light and dark mode toggles, along with meaningful upgrades to the CMS experience. It feels like there’s a lot of potential for Framer to further streamline workflows and make site management even more flexible.

Remember the time when the Designjoy guy accused Smith & Diction of stealing the Perplexity logo. Apparently now we have a whole community of those people. This place is becoming full of toxic and jealous people. Don’t give them any attention or you’re gonna feed their toxic behaviour. You don’t have to explain what dead logos are, that it’s ok to use open source mockups and data, and it’s totally fine to use some stuff that you paid money for. I do pay for some vector graphics when I really like them and want to use them in fun projects and it’s totally fine, cuz I always mark them as fun, or just workout in my case. You definitely don’t need to give those people any explanation. Sharing fun projects is definitely much better than sharing someone else’s work, but they will never get it. Keep your head clear and take care of your mental health fam, cuz there’s a ton of people dreaming to see you fail. Don’t give them that chance. 🖤

Just started using Runey.app and it’s honestly a really solid tool. What I like most: • Beautiful invoices • Built in time tracking & billing • Client portal with tasks & assets • Multiple payment templates for different currencies, bank accounts, etc. • Clean and intuitive dashboard If you're a designer, solo founder, or business owner, this makes managing clients, invoices, and projects way easier. Big shoutout to @soltwagner for building this.
