Chiru Chiru game. Devblog 1.0 • Improved game startup flow with the studio logo and smoother scene loading. • Developed a wave simulation system for the slime body, creating layered rolling motion across its surface. • Added accelerometer support — shake your phone and the slime shakes too. The game now reacts to both swipes and real-world movement. • Built a physics safety system with spatial constraints and kinetic energy limits to prevent soft-body simulations from breaking under extreme input. • Continued work on slime and grass shaders. • Added distance blur to improve scene depth. • Implemented the coin economy, wallet system and a minimal UI for the current version of the game • Ongoing optimization work. • Added both portrait and landscape modes. • Began developing a system that allows objects to exist inside the slime, creating more interesting interactions and movement. At this stage, you can see a rotating polyhedron inside the slime reacting to its motion. • Finally chose a name for the game: Chiru Chiru ✨ In the second video (from 00:16), I'm using the accelerometer to demonstrate the wave response system and landscape mode.
