i understand we've been through so much that we're afraid to hope, but can we PLEASE stop assuming geonwoo is doing a part-time job with zero evidence? geonwoo is not naive. he knows his hiatus is one of the biggest issues surrounding the group right now. even if you firmly believe he terminated his contract, he is still legally tied to both the company and the group until we get an official announcement. there is no way he'd go around talking unprovoked about a random job while inactive knowing the absolute chaos it would cause, especially while the rest of the group is literally in the middle of concerts. wakeone would never allow that. honestly it's much more likely that this was his own way of subtly denying the contract termination rumors from early june so that fans could finally have some peace of mind.

If Geonwoo really ends up getting removed from the group over something this minor then it honestly feels no different from fraud. This isn't a typical group that was put together solely by an agency. We, the star creators, were the ones who chose him. We spent months voting day and night, raising funds and supporting him until he debuted at 4th place. If the agency decides to remove him despite all of that, it feels like they're breaking the very promise the survival show was built on. We voted for an 8-member group and geonwoo earned his spot through public votes. I'm genuinely asking: if the worst-case scenario happens, is there any legal action fans can take? Because at that point, it feels like the people who invested their time, money and support into his debut were misled.
